e-Primac
is a web browser user interface to the Primac system. This session will
cover features of the e-Primac and why Primac users
should plan on migrating to it. Release 12 is the foundation release
underneath e-Primac, so migrating to e-Primac will
have different ramifications, depending on the release in use. |

e-Primac uses IBM's Redback as a COM object to connect
to the IBM U2 databases and MS IIS as the webpage server and a mixture
of Microsoft ASP, XML and Javascript to create a webpage for each
existing Primac screen. The underlying file structures,
reporting, and business logic processes do not change from Rev 12.

compliant workticket module during this 1 ½ hour
session. This new module will compliment the work currently
underway with NGP and will easily integrate into the JDF work that has
been completed with Creo and other vendors. This particular
session will demonstrate the module from a business standpoint, showing
examples of actual worktickets and how they are being used.

discussions in 2004. Each panel will discuss what was completed
from last years discussion, along with any new items that the users
feel need to be addressed. We will again compile the list of the

the next level. All of the suggestions and recommendations will
be prioritized at the PUG Business Meeting. The final prioritized
list will be given to Vercom. |
